We are growing fast and we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying promising talents. Our ideal candidate is creative, a leader, and can take initiative.
Responsibilities:
Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy; including initial assessments, interviews, offers
Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities
Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position
Conduct interviews
Focus on headhunting
Deal with a high volume of roles
Participation in recruitment planning and project growth
Participation in HR projects as these will be assigned
Required skills:
Proven 2-3 years work experience in a Recruitment role
At least a year of successful experience in IT – recruitment
Knowledge of spoken and written Hebrew in addition to English it’s a must
Experience of covering the full recruitment cycle
Strong research skills, understanding of modern tools for sourcing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or management – it’s a plus
