Job Description

We are growing fast and we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying promising talents. Our ideal candidate is creative, a leader, and can take initiative.


  • Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy; including initial assessments, interviews, offers
  • Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities
  • Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position
  • Conduct interviews
  • Focus on headhunting
  • Deal with a high volume of roles
  • Participation in recruitment planning and project growth
  • Participation in HR projects as these will be assigned

Required skills:

  • Proven 2-3 years work experience in a Recruitment role
  • At least a year of successful experience in IT – recruitment
  • Knowledge of spoken and written Hebrew in addition to English it’s a must
  • Experience of covering the full recruitment cycle
  • Strong research skills, understanding of modern tools for sourcing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or management – it’s a plus
