By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site and if you do or if you perform any other unauthorized processing of information on the site it shall be deemed a material breach of these terms and conditions which, in the case of a Customer, shall entitle us to terminate the Services immediately on notice in writing. Further, we reserve the right to suspend provision of the Services to you in circumstances where we reasonably believe that you have performed any unauthorized processing of information. In respect of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a Customer as a result of access to the site or the Services, the Customer agrees that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to us or its third-party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Object of the agreement and scope of the Services
We offer a variety of career services via the Platform. We want to be your lifelong career assistant. If your life perspective changes, you are developing or reaching for new goals, we offer the right career support. We aim to build a long-lasting relationship, to build a product and a Service, that is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and which enables you to take your life and future in your own hands.
- Services available without registration
You may use all Services that are available on our website without registration. Particularly you can browse jobs that are published on our website.
- Job alerts
You can subscribe to job alerts by text message and/or email through our Platform. That means you will then regularly receive job alerts about listings which match your criteria. You can create job alerts manually which match a profile that has been defined by you in advance. If you also register or have registered an account, you can manage your job alerts.
- Your Account
Certain Services will only be available as part of an account on the Site. If you enter into an agreement for an account, you can use additional Services as described hereinafter.
- Saved Jobs
You can save job ads that you have viewed, e.g. by clicking the respective button in the job ad. You will then be able to access such saved listings in your account. If you choose to create a Profile with us, then we will keep your CV on file until you delete your account from our Database.
We do not warrant or guarantee a minimum volume of storage capacity for your Profile. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the data volume for uploads of data, especially if necessary due to technical reasons, for example in order to maintain or optimize the Service.
- Application History
Within your account we store your applications to job listings that were published on the Platform for two months in a history that can be accessed via your account.
- Deceased User
In the event of the death of user, a person authorized to act on behalf of the estate, or a verified immediate family member of the deceased can request to have the deceased user’s account removed. We will require additional documentation for this request in order to avoid unauthorized and false reports. Be assured that the requested information will remain confidential and will be deleted once we have reviewed it.

This Acceptable Use Policy refers to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Site:
Job seekers and recruiters need to be aware that this job board operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply job seekers to recruiters.
This means that we do not:
- obtain sufficient information for potential recruiters to select a suitable job seeker for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill;
- obtain confirmation of the identity of a job seeker or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorization to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;
- take any steps to ensure the job seeker and recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the job seeker to fulfill the position to be filled;
- take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the job seeker or the recruiter for the job seeker to fulfil the position to be fulfilled;
- give any indication to recruiters whether job seekers are unsuitable (or suitable) for any position to be filled in any circumstances;
- propose job seekers to recruiters or provide any information about them.
- take up any references in relation to a job seeker; or, make any arrangements for accommodation of job seekers.
Use of this Website is governed by the provision of Cyprus Government. Any searching or screening tools provided by us for use in your assessment of the suitability or otherwise of any particular candidate or advertised vacancy are to assist you in taking these steps, but are not intended as a substitute.
Your Access to CV database
We make best efforts to ensure that You have uninterrupted access by using your confidential password in line with our general policies. Under the copyright and database right protection provisions You are not allowed either to disclose your confidential password or grant the right to use to a third party. Under the terms of service contract, You only acquire the right to use the base and no proprietary rights are granted. You may print or download search results on your personal computer as well as create a limited number of database copies for your business internal needs. In respect of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed as a result of your access to the site or the services, You agree that You shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.
Services and Charges
The Services provided by joblinkcyprus.com are limited to those described or referenced therein. The Company does not assume any financial or other obligation to third parties, required to use or access its services. All the personnel selection agencies, recruitment offices as well as organizations or bodies that support those who seek employment in Cyprus, are encouraged to use the above Services.
All Users can freely browse the website of joblinkcyprus.com under the terms and conditions of this contract, be informed about job vacancies, job search, volunteering, advertisements and any service provided by our site. Services to ordinary browsers and job seekers are free of charge. Job seekers can upload their CV on the website for free.
The Services that are subjected to charge and provided by the website are described in the respective billing tables and are, including the other terms, product of the parties, namely Mostemessa Company Ltd. and the individual customer, a natural or legal person. The present Terms and Conditions of using the website are an integral part of the Service Agreement. It is an integral right of joblinkcyprus.com to proceed in any changes in charges.
Refund or cancellation policy
Refund or cancellation is possible only up to 5 days after the date of having purchased services from Job Link Cyprus as long as you have not used the service.
Refund or cancellation is not possible 5 days after the purchase of services.

You will be informed that a purchase with the name <<Billing Descriptor>>will appear in your bank statement.
The personal details of yours (full name, telephone number, etc.) will be collected during the registration or check out procedure.
It is expressly forbidden to transmit, distribute, disseminate, publish, display, upload, etc. posts on the joblinkcyprus’s website containing material that infringes the rights of any registered or unregistered user and joblinkcyprus website provided for by the applicable law provisions. Any action using joblinkcyprus’s website for purposes other than those for which this website was developed and operates is expressly forbidden. You have access to the services provided through joblinkcyprus’s website on your own responsibility and You are required to act in good faith. Any use of the services for purposes other than those determined is strictly not allowed and prosecution of any involved offender will be sought. Unless otherwise stated, joblinkcyprus and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on joblinkcyprus’s website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy and/or redistribute content or any material from joblinkcyprus’s website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the joblinkcyprus’s website is consistent with binding General Data Protection Regulation, the applicable Cyprus legislation, EU and international law. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, are competent for resolving any dispute arising in connection with the above.
