Our ideal candidate is a specialised Corporate attorney with experience in the IT sector to serve as an in-house counsel and handle complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Responsibilities

Consult and handle corporate legal processes (GDPR, due diligence, intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits)

Oversee the company’s compliance with legal requirements

Develop company policy and position on legal issues

Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
-
Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
-
Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
-
Draft and administer all contracts
-
Representation of the company’s interest in court
Requirements
-
Proven background on corporate law
-
Specific knowledge and experience with data protection (EU & US)
-
Experience in IT-related agreements, licenses is essential
-
Experience of communication with regulatory authotities
-
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of Greek (native) and English languages

Computer skills

BSc in International Law
