Job Description

BridgerPay is a payment orchestration software that allows businesses to personalize their payment stack, using specific Payment Service Providers (PSPs) according to different geographies, currencies, transaction values, and many other variables. With integrations with 350+ PSPs and support for 135 currencies, we provide a global and scalable payment infrastructure to businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to eliminate the headaches related to online payments, allowing businesses to focus on what they do, increase their revenue, and shrink their costs.

We are looking for talented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who can make an impact and help our company grow. Part of your duties will be qualifying leads from marketing and sales opportunities; contacting potential prospects through calls and email; developing tailored sales offers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Representing our products and services in a way that best suits each lead
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for the next steps
  • Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Building long-term trust with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within the organization
