Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist, in our offices in Paphos.

 

The main responsibilities are:

 

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for users with escalation of requests when necessary
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • System monitoring and maintenance
  • Software and OS patching, updating, and upgrading
  • Administering inventory of hardware, consumables, and licenses
  • Documenting policies and procedures
  • Preparing hardware and software usage manuals for users
  • Populate internal knowledge base and documentation
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Prepare weekly job reports for CIO
  • Monitor requests on helpdesk portal
  • Prepare, install, and configure hardware and software for users
  • Prepare and distribute user manuals
  • Assist CIO with daily duties
  • Monitor state of office networks and equipment 24/7 with immediate reaction and escalation of critical events
  • Perform regular maintenance of IT systems

 

The main requirements are:

  • Fluent in English, Greek and Russian as an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • No work permit issues
  • Hard worder and able to work under pressure

 

A very good remuneration package will be provided.
