Job Description
A global financial markets firm with presence in Cyprus is opening a key vacancy for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the key stakeholders, senior business leaders and broader HR teams.
Job Description
- Own the full recruitment cycle, selection and hiring process for talent across a range of positions in IT and Software development departments
- Build relationships with candidates and provide best customer service and experience for them
- Build a network of industry contacts to build a pipeline of candidates
- Drive and facilitate the full interview process with the hiring manager to ensure quality of selection and timeliness of the search
- Work together with Leadership teams in Russia, Cyprus and UK to deliver our global talent strategy
- Create hiring plans for the team and deliver overall Company’s recruitment strategy
Your Profile
- Fluent in Russian is a must, verbal and written
- 5 years in recruitment, with at least 1 year in IT recruitment
- Results-oriented mindset, ability to work to stretched goals
- Client interaction, including working with Hiring Managers, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress
- Maintain up to date knowledge of best recruitment practices
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms
- Strong IT skills and previous experience in use of an Applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Sales skills
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills including MS Office, HRIS experience
