Talent Acquisition Executive in Limassol

Job Description

On behalf of our client a company involved within the Construction, Real Estate and Hospitality field with their headquarters in Cyprus is currently expanding and looking for Talent Acquisition Executive.

Responsibilities:

•  Cooperate with managers and assist them in job description preparation for new vacancies
• Posting all company’s vacancies at different resources for proper searching process
• Work with all available agencies for searching candidates and closing positions
• Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates
• Take part in on boarding process for new employees
• Take part in training and development process
• Take part in other HR procedures and processes assigned by the management

Requirements :

•  Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, a Masters in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
• At least 7 years of experience in HR of which 3 years must as a recruiter
• In-depth understanding of Cyprus labour law
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Knowledge of bambooHR and  Bitrix24 will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Russian will be considered as an advantage
