The 3CX Systems Administrator is vital to the smooth, day-to-day running of the office. You’re often the first person called upon to deal with an IT problem, so troubleshooting and understanding key systems are essential.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who will take responsibility for the configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems and related infrastructure. It’s an opportunity suited to someone with a strong IT background.

You must be open to taking on a wide range of IT responsibilities with very different types of people and continually evolving in line with the daily demands of the business. You’ll need to be a good communicator and a strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.


Providing a broad range of first line IT Admin Support across network systems, security-firewalls and any other internal hardware or software operational issues arising during the daily operations of the company, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the areas below:

Essential Skills

  • Technical Support or Systems / Networks Administration.
  • Knowledge of VoIP and telecommunications technology.
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.

Nice to Have 

  • Knowledge of the 3CX System.
  • Experience with Vmware/Vcenter, HyperV.
  • Juniper Switch technologies.
  • Wifi APs and Controller.

  • Excellent knowledge of English – verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated IT operational skills in a similar role or setting.
  • Solution focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and open communication style.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry certifications
