Our client is an established company providing services to companies within the online gaming industry. They have recently established an office in Limassol and they’re currently looking to build their team here. They are looking to hire a Spanish Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate is an individual with excellent English and must be Fluent/Native in Spanish. Someone with positive personality, excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high quality customer support.
Job Responsibilities
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
- Answering client’s requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customers’ satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
- Maintaining professionalism at all instances
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Spanish language proficiency
- Fluent in English
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation
- Able to perform basic tasks on the computer.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Attention to details and quality of work
- European citizenship
