POSITION:
The Adams Beach Hotel*****, in Ayia Napa is looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading the hotel’s Sales and Marketing strategy
- Prepare and monitor the Sales and Marketing budget of the hotel
- Maximising sales and meeting budgetary targets
- Monitoring all required daily/weekly/monthly sales and occupancy reports
- Social Media Strategy
- Knowledge of the travel industry e commerce and channel manager administration
- Yielding and Revenue management
- Contracting with tour operators
- Frequent travelling abroad for travel industry exhibitions and sales visits
- Organizing and executing the Marketing Plan of the Hotel
- Keeping up with industry trends
REQUIREMENTS:
Level of Experience & Qualifications
- At least 3 years proven experience in similar position
- Academic Degree Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
- Professional qualification in marketing, digital/online marketing or revenue/yield management will be considered an advantage
