Job Description
On behalf of our client, a group of companies that specialize in maritime, industrial and satellite communication services, oil and gas/ renewable energy pursuits, we are looking for a Sales Executive to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives enquires from the customer through various media including fax, email, and letter.
- Processes these enquiries to the relative customer support officer
- Maximizes sales of the company through personal sales calls and telephone follow-ups in his allocated customer(s)/regions.
- Takes part in programmed incentive dinners with clients in order to reward past performance and stimulate future business.
- Visits customers and maintains good contacts with them. Travelling might also be required to achieve this purpose.
- Supports Sales Manager & Assistant Sales Manager in the identification of the sales’ risks and opportunities and the proposal of actions for their addressment.
- Creates and controls all manual filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
- Follows up quotations with the customer and conveys feedback obtained to the operations department in order to prepare the relative quotation.
- Assists the operations manager in obtaining feedback about important/difficult cases or customers
- Promotes and markets the products and services of the company.
- Assists in all official Seminars and Presentations made by the company.
- Maintains the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001 system and the Environmental, Health & Safety company’s procedures.
Job Requirements
- University or College Degree
- Technical background (preferably in the marine sector) will be considered an advantage
