Job Overview

We seek to recruit an individual for the position of a Receptionist to be based in Limassol.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone – receive and/or direct calls
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Maintains the filing system
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and assist with other daily activities that may arise
  • Providing administrative support to Manager and technicians
  • Sort and distribute post accordingly
  • Perform offers to the customers and being responsible for follow up

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma in office administration or other relevant studies
  • Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
  • To be able to demonstrate problem solving ability
  • Time management, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Salary in accordance to experience and qualifications
