Main responsibilities
- Define project Scope of Work (SoW) and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Estimate and manage budget/costs based on SoW and resource requirements
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities.
- Manage assigned internal and external resources within the SoW of the project, provide a collaborative and performance driven environment
- Liaise with internal groups to execute project deliverables
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track and monitor project progress and escalate issues/change requests to appropriate stakeholders
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure that project deliverables are executed in accordance with Project Delivery Execution (PDE) methodologies and meet business requirements
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Project Professional, PPT, Excel etc.
What we are looking for
- Holder of a University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field
- Over5 years of successful track record in managing a range of small to medium size projects of increasing complexity and business criticality with strong exposure in project management processes, techniques and tools is a must
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Qualification is a must
- Excellent negotiation skills, able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions
- Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
