As a well established, market leader distributor of well-known electrical appliances in the Cyprus market, our client has a large selection of global brands of consumer household goods. The expanding team in Nicosia, Cyprus is now ready to recruit a Product Manager to lead this team even further.
Job Description
- Marketing and Support of Electrical Appliances as TVs, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners
- Ovens, Washing Machines etc in the Cyprus Market as well as sales to the organized trade
- Reports to the Company’s General Manager
- Deep knowledge of the company’s products
- Deep knowledge of competitive products in the market
- Communication with suppliers to negotiate product line up and prices
- Preparation of the annual sales and income budgets in line with company’s plans
- Preparation of product price structures and price lists to customers
- Preparation of offers/product info/leaflets etc to customers
- Preparation of sales analysis reports according to the company’s requirements
- Implementation of company’s sales targets in all channels
- Sales of products to the key accounts
- Sales receivables from the key accounts
- Implementation of strategies in order to develop the business in key accounts
- Regular communication with key accounts
- Preparation of annual agreements with key accounts
- Preparation and implementation of Trade Policies in the market across all channels
- Work proactively with key retailers to deliver solutions for in-store retail activation
- Deep understanding of retailers’ operation models
- Deliver customer store staff trainings as per brand activation direction
- Preparation and implementation of new projects
- Preparation and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
- Preparation of purchase forecasts to suppliers
- Supervision of the product pipeline
- All other duties related to support the company’s sales
Your Profile
- University degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline preferred
- Knowledge of the English language and MS Office essential
- Good communication skills
- Full clean drivers license
- Able to present and deal with people comfortably and persuasively
- Happy to drive island-wide to visit clients’ stores
- Leadership and creative mindset in developing marketing programs
- Experience preferably in sales/marketing of consumer products, minimum 2+ years
