Job Description
Person Specification:
- University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or in a related field;
- Previous experience in the field of payroll is highly desirable;
- Knowledge of Easysoft software will be considered an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office and payroll software programs;
- A clear understanding of payroll laws, taxes and PAYE procedures;
- Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written;
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills;
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail;
- Pleasant personality, professionalism and able to work under strict reporting deadlines.
Job Description:
- Ensuring that client’s payroll transactions are processed efficiently;
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update client’s payroll information;
- Handling and responding to clients about payroll related matters;
- Liaising with the clients to enforce payroll deadlines;
- Providing accurate and high-quality payroll services to clients at all times;
- Perform any other tasks associated with payroll administration to complete the payroll within agreed deadlines;
- Responding to any errors in payroll by checking past records and making any salary corrections or adjustments when necessary.
