Job Description

On behalf of our client an International renown Software company located in Limassol we are looking for a professional office administrator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day processes of the smooth office operation
  • Communication with clients and associates via telephone and emails
  • Maintaining office to standards
  • Taking care of hotel reservation or car rentals
  • Collaboration with the external auditors
  • Accompanying the director to meetings and construction sites
  • Organising the calendars
  • Greeting people as the first person in the company and assisting them

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility
  • Fluency in English
  • Russian language will be an advantage
  • Positive attitude
  • Good computer skills
  • No visa/work permit problems (EU citizens only).
