Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure and due to continuous growth, they are looking to recruit a Merchant Account Manager to handle and manage our service providers (PSPs and EMIs mainly).
Our team consists of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high caliber professionals with experience in different industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage service providers’ applications, commercials, and agreements is in line with the different stake holders’ requirements.
- Perform KYB review on service providers.
- Create and/or Organise service providers information logging, reporting, and sharing processes.
- Perform research, analysis and presentation of new payment and risk management solutions to the head of department according to the current business needs and growth strategy.
- Be on top of new payments and risk management solutions and trends within the industry.
- Develop strong professional relationships with business partners, all customer-facing departments, finance, and compliance teams.
- Keep suppliers up to date with relevant company business needs and requirements.
- Regularly initiate performance and cost analysis on tools and department procedures.
- Perform payment methods configurations and testing.
- Perform various computations, reconciliations and produce relevant reports.
- Contribute to ensure the overall readiness of all departments for the launch of new ecommerce products and functionalities.
- Be one of the points of contact for internal stakeholders for high level queries and ensure stakeholder reports are always kept up to date.
- Constantly develop self to increase personal contribution to the role.
Requirements:
- Solid demonstrated working knowledge of at least 3 of the 5 below points:
- Project and tasks management.
- Platforms/systems technical implementation and optimisation.
- Business relationship management.
- Online payment and/or Risk management systems.
- Business Analysis and process optimisation.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar leading role within the high-risk merchant industries.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Other skills:
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills, including ability to estimate effort and duration of Project Management tasks

Working hours:
Working on shifts (5 days a week from 9h00 to 18h00). Example 1 week from Wednesday to Sunday from 9h00 to 18h00
