Maintenance Technician – Minthis

Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and attentive to detail Maintenance Technician to join our growing team of people. The Maintenance Technician will oversee all maintenance operations, replacements or repairs of
all equipment at Minthis Resort ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:
• Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and tools.
• Responsible for the maintenance, replacement or repairs of mechanical equipment like motors and pumps.
• In charge of building maintenance activities involving maintenance of ice machines, emergency generators, switch rooms, water softeners, exhaust type units, driveways, sidewalks and parking lots, and ensures that each activity is reported to the appropriate manager in authority.
• Performs annual, quarterly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities.
• Keep all mechanical areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Carry out inspection on public areas on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
• Offer maintenance and repairs to public areas, guestrooms and administrators office buildings.

Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in Maintenance or other relevant sector
• Customer oriented approach
