Job Description
On behalf of our client, an advisory and fiduciary firm based in Cyprus, we are currently looking to hire Corporate lawyer to join a dynamic team in Limassol offices.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements including resolutions, minutes, POAs, SPAs, SHAs, M&AA and/or any other legal instrument
· Undertaking any kind of corporate procedures in the Department of Registrar of Companies including communication and processing
· Studying and familiarize requirements for existing and new legislation in corporate and tax law
· Undertake any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the firm
Qualifications:
· LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent specializing in Corporate Law
· Fluent in Greek and English language, both written and oral
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, ability to take initiatives
· Dynamic and pleasant personality
· Team player
· Qualification experience in the legal corporate sector will be considered as an advantage
