Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Property development and Investment industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a leading Property Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Marketing Specialist to join their team in Larnaca. The successful applicant will hold a relevant academic background related to Marketing and/or Digital Marketing and will possess a minimum of 1+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience. Excellent communication skills in Greek & English are a must.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement the content strategy across social media platforms
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Track and analyse key Social Media KPIs (trends, audience data, account growth), identifying opportunities to engage and nurture customers
• Handle and monitor communication for all social media accounts on all social media platforms
• Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Manage the company’s platform and website
• Assist and support in the development of the correct content for the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on social media on scheduled program.
• Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Any related tasks that may arise from time to time
Requirements:
• Holder of a University Degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing or Graphics or other related field.
• At least 1+ year of related experience is required
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies
• Knowledge of Adobe software, Marketing tools, Social media, Google and Yandex
• Copywriting and design knowledge to consult on marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Highly creative mindset and detail-oriented
• Great team player with a strong work ethic
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both oral and written
• IT literate, MS office experience
Remuneration:
An attractive package of remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate based on industry knowledge, experience and qualifications which includes provident fund, travelling allowance, 21 annual days off, 3 days sick leave paid, yearly salary increases and bonuses based on performance.
