Job Description
Our client is a global CFD broker who understands how fast execution and low latency are interlinked with creating a quality trading experience. They are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be native/fluent in the Japanese language, and have an excellent knowledge of CFDs with at least 2 experience in a sales/business development role.

Job Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Customer support experience will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Japanese language
- Good knowledge of the English Language
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience/Knowledge of the FX industry will be considered an advantage
