Job Description

Our client is a global CFD broker who understands how fast execution and low latency are interlinked with creating a quality trading experience. They have invested in the most cutting-edge technology available and are driven by their mission to provide the best possible trading conditions to their traders. They are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be native/fluent in the Japanese language, and have an excellent knowledge of CFDs with at least 2 experience in a sales/business development role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Customer support experience will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Japanese language
  • Good knowledge of the English Language
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience/Knowledge of the FX industry will be considered an advantage
