Job Description
On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Requirements
- Designs, organizes, modifies and supports the firm’s and client’s computer systems
- Installs new / rebuild existing servers and configures hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories and storage, in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Manages administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Provides timely technical support to users and work with them to resolve their queries
- Maintains network facilities in individual machines
Main Requirements
- University Degree in Information Technology or relevant
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
- Previous experience/knowledge with the following:
- Windows Servers administration
- Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- CISCO, Aruba networking
- UTM Firewalls administration
- Any of these relevant certifications will be considered an advantage: MCSA /MCSE, CCNA
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, provide solutions, recommendations and additional actions, in order to resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional discipline and willingness to assume responsibility
