Job Description
HR Officer assists with supporting the local Head of HR on a day-to-day basis in all matters related to the employee life cycle administration.
It’s a great opportunity to be a part of a global professional HR Team and develop professionally being involved in all global programs and services that relate to a company’s human resources function.
The work will include, but not be limited too, HR database management, HR administration and general HR support for the full employee’s journey in a well-established global company.
Responsibilities:
Handle the operational day-to-day work in support of the Head of HR and the excellent functioning of the Department
Provide support to employees in various HR – related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure all employment related documents are in place and compliant with the applicable legislation
Create new and maintain/administer current HR files and employees’ records
Timely input and update of SAP employees’ and candidates’ database, control of correct entries and registrations
Provide assistance and support to hiring managers and administer the recruitment circle
Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate, promoting Equiti brand
Create and update job descriptions in cooperation with managers
Schedule and organize interviews, assist in interview process by screening candidates and provide full information
Assist with onboarding new employees to the company (personal file, email address, etc.)
Administer employees’ medical insurance and provident fund, and any other benefits
Keep record and update all expenses regarding employee benefits
Cooperate with Finance department by providing relevant employee information and payments for various services (monthly payroll, medical insurance, pension fund reports, invoices etc.)
Arrange according training for new and existing employees regarding compliance, Intuition platform and SAP, as well as help with arranging any external training when required
Assist managers with performance appraisal procedures, and maintain records related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication as per request of the line manager
Assist in Office Administration duties if necessary
Actively participate in arranging global and local corporate events
Be an ambassador of Equiti Group values and fully support Equiti culture
Education /Experience requirements
BSc/BA in HR, Business administration or relevant field
Familiar with HR Databases and HR- employee’s systems
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, company policy documentation and staff welfare
Proven work experience in HR administration at least 1 year
Understanding of local labor laws and related HR procedures
