Job Description
Our client is a traditional Consultancy Company in Nicosia, who is looking onboard a HR Recruiter specializing in Hospitality. The Group was formed in 2013 in Nicosia, their services ranging from Diversification to the Middle East, Business Transformation of Businesses towards Growth, Development of Sports Brands, Marketing & Communication. Through constant development and innovation, the company has evolved to include in its portfolio a newly developed recruitment arm of business with specialization in Hospitality. The company has presence in Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment process for our international team, such as:
- Design and update job descriptions & confirm content with Line-Managers.
- Screening job applicants for the hiring & selection process through recruitment databases, social media etc.
- Interviewing candidates through online channels.
- Confirm feedback with Line-Manager and shortlist candidates for 2nd interview process.
- Updating local websites of available vacancies by using company’s database, social media, local websites etc.
- Communicating with potential candidates over the phone when needed as to conduct e-meetings and provide assessment reports to Line-Managers.
- Handling all the onboarding & offboarding processes – provide relevant information of new hires to the HR department for each entity, accordingly.
- Keep communication with relevant recruitment agencies, recruitment emails, establish new agreements and/or renew current recruitment contracts.
- Coordinate with all the participants as to schedule interview meetings online etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Excellent spoken Greek and English.
- Degree in HR.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Knowledge of all aspects of hospitality industry.
- Conduct screening of cv’s and job applications, filtering candidates and preliminary interviewing of potential candidates for available
positions on behalf of our clients. - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Benefits:
- 1,500-3,000 Gross per month based on experience.
Working hours:
- 9-6pm
