We are searching for a seasoned Head of Sales for a hybrid role in Limassol, Cyprus. A charismatic B2B experienced Sales aficionado, this role will have you challenged and stimulated.


Job Description

  • The Head of Sales will be responsible to oversee and govern the global sales team, relationship managers team, and define policies, procedures, KPIs and workflows for sales, and marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate must gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services quickly and be able to convey our business.
  • Additionally, this includes responsibility for our corporate website, news releases, media press releases, and all client communications.
  • All commercial activities overlapping legal, contractual, and compliance and regulatory activities.
  • Driving and planning the global sales and marketing strategy and roadmap, planning campaigns and business partnerships.
  • Previous experience as head of sales or head of relationship management is essential.
  • Accompanying the sales staff on major client pitches to ensure the correct message, commitment, and delivery is made as well as making an appearance as a senior representative of the business.
  • To manage a team of three Sales execs in Limassol and 1 remotely
  • Reporting to office based on site Directors

Your Profile

  • B2B Experienced servicing large institutional clients
  • Proven leadership or managerial skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Able to travel to expos: Dubai, London, Asia
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Able to set up depts, policies and procedures, a Sales plan and forecasts
  • Hands-on, operational type of manager keen to be involved at every level
  • Able to commit and complete 2-3 weeks training/induction on product line etc
