Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well-established Forex Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Head of Affiliates;
Responsibilities:
Managing the affiliate team
Meeting lead incoming quality and quantity related targets for company and company clients
Builds and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
Owning and managing an ongoing optimization process to improve both buying and selling traffic related activities
Managing and increasing recruiting of new affiliate/media sources, and negotiate with publishers for the best deal
Manage business negotiations with customers
Discovers new strategies and potential partnerships
Monitor personal affiliate managers portfolio to make sure company goals are meet
Representing the company in affiliate and, marketing related convention around the world
Stays current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities
Establish Reports and campaign reviews procedure
Qualifications:
Fluency in the English language
Prior experience in a similar position in the Forex industry is a must
Good understanding of internet marketing activity
Good understanding of performance-based traffic related activity
Strong sales, negotiation and analytical skills, including Excel
Must be eligible to work in Cyprus
