On a typical day you will:
- Ensure & provide quality of service to customers via multiple channels (phone, chat, social media, email)
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Requirements
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Romanian, Polish, Finnish, Slovenian, Hungarian
- Advanced English language skills
- Previous customer service experience will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitasking
