Job Description

Our client is a FinTech company providing trading software and Apps to Brokers and financial institutions are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Representative to join the team at their Limassol

The main responsibilities of the role will be:    

  • Responding to client requests and questions via phone, chat and email
  • Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include; collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc
  • Assisting with client training and guide them in learning how to operate the trading platforms
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients

The role requires someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience a MUST within a Customer Support role within the Forex Industry that involved both written and oral customer interaction
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent Computer and CRM skills

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think quickly and logical to diagnose customer problems
  • Excellent administrative & organizational skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to work with patience and courtesy
  • Work well under pressure
  • Driven
  • Attention to detail

Salary:

The company is offering a competitive salary from 1200 – 3000 Euros based on qualifications and skills plus an excellent benefits package including:

Working hours:
