Job Description
- Ensure the smooth operation of the company’s Finance and Accounting functions
- Ensure that business goals are met as per the overall strategy
- Review and guide a team of accountants to ensure accurate accounting entries
- Prepare and submit management accounts in a timely and accurate manner
- Produce all relevant reporting as required by regulatory authorities
- Assist with the performance of the company’s internal audit
- Assist with Tax and VAT compliance
- Maintain relations and cooperate with external associates such as auditors, banks, etc.
Your Profile
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Member of a Professional Accounting Body (ACCA/ACA)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an accounting/audit firm
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Dynamic personality with the ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
- Strategic individual with very good analytical skills coupled with attention to detail
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Very good knowledge of English is essential
