Job Description

HTC Energy is a strategic partner of ExxonMobil, one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies. We are the exclusive distributors of the Esso fleetcard in Cyprus and are looking to recruit a talented individual with a proven track record to join us.

Role

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, goal orientated Customer Service Representative to support the company’s rapid growth by servicing existing customers and managing leads for new customers. You will be responsible for attending to customer information requests and complaints, managing the CRM database, supporting marketing campaigns and managing customer sales leads

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Product and service information to existing customers
  • Customer complaint handling
  • CRM database management
  • Setting up of new client accounts in CRM
  • Updating client account records
  • Recording customer service complaints
  • Sales and Operational Reporting
  • Marketing & sales support
  • Following up on sales enquiries and responses to marketing campaigns
  • Qualifying sales leads and fixing meetings for the sales team

Skills & Experience

  • Business related degree would be an advantage although not a pre-requisite
  • Demonstrated experience and success in Customer Service
  • Persuasive with excellent telephone communication skills
  • A good command of the Greek and English language – verbal and written
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM
  • Hard working, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Patient, persistent and determined
  • Courteous and professional
