Job Description
- Drafting/ Review of various legal documents/agreements
- Analyze legal issues relating to proposed products
- Handle key client relationships
- Advising on and performing corporate re-organizations and restructurings
- Provide legal advice/opinion on corporate and/or commercial matters
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
- Devise creative and practical legal solutions to meet business objectives
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the client entity
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in law. Master’s will be considered an advantage
- Good experience in handling of client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Cyprus bar qualified – essential
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and client facing
