Job Description
On behalf of our client, an advisory and fiduciary firm based in Cyprus, we are currently looking to hire Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Limassol offices.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements including resolutions, minutes, POAs, SPAs, SHAs, M&AA and/or any other legal instrument
• Undertaking any kind of corporate procedures in the Department of Registrar of Companies including communication and processing
• Studying and familiarize requirements for existing and new legislation in corporate and tax law
• Undertake any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the firm
Qualifications:
• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent specializing in Corporate Law
• Fluent in Greek and English language, both written and oral
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, ability to take initiatives
• Dynamic and pleasant personality
• Team player
• Qualification experience in the legal corporate sector will be considered as an advantage
