Job Description
Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol that delivers through its trading platform a wide range of trading instruments including Forex and CFDs for stocks, commodities and indices. They aim to improve the on-line trading experience by offering specialized consumer services, which will make users enjoy trading within a technologically advanced environment. They are currently looking for a Chinese Speaking Relations Officer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will ensure that relevant practices meet the quality and efficiency standards of the company’s policies.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of services provided by various departments.
- Handle inquiries of clients through phone, live chat or emails.
- Liaise with the Back Office and Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Assist AML Compliance Officer for AML and KYC procedures.
- Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer focused culture within the organisation.
- Ensure proper level of customer service and quality is maintained on the conduct of employees with clients.
- Hands-on on the management of the generation of reports, both standardised and ad-hoc, for this purpose.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Previous experience in the Forex and CFD ‘s industry will be considered an advantage
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail especially at times of pressure
