The CCTV Network Engineer will be responsible for the general maintenance of a defined computer equipment and for the resolution of identified technical problems.
Job Description
- Managing CCTV systems health and maintenance
- Checking vessel schedules to coordinate new installations
- Coordinating maintenance teams
- Tracking of equipment
- Following up with support tickets on internal software
- Close communication with external technical operations departments
- Reporting Weekly CCTV System Technical statuses
- Investigating CCTV footage when necessary
- Support on additional CCTV tasks as required
Your Profile
- Fluent English both verbal & written
- Well organized with good communication skills
- Computer Engineering degree will be considered as an advantage
- Cisco knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Computer Science graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems
- Very good technological approach
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Be able to work on his/her own initiative proactively
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies
- Have high quality inter-personal skills
