Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Property development and Investment industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a leading Property Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their team in Larnaca.
The successful applicant will possess 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a Property Development company, engaged with international clients, be fluent in both written and spoken English / Greek .
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact new Affiliates of the Company to introduce the Company, its products / services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate
• Conducts an induction program to new Affiliates
• Informs Affiliates of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiates for a different commission structure
• Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
• Develops market analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Prepare agendas, proposals, and documents for internal and external meetings
• Plans and prepares presentations about the Company’s products and services
• Plan and attend events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
• Travels to various locations and attends exhibitions and educational meetings
• Train and help team members develop their skills
• Post information regarding the Company’s products and services to relevant forums
• Make suggestions and proposals to Commercial Manager for the improvement of the department
• Any related tasks that may arise from time to time
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 5-7 years proven working experience in sales ( B2B / B2C ) with successful track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Greek (native or at a professional level). Additional languages are a plus ( Russian, Hebrew, Arabic )
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Dynamic individual able to take initiatives and demonstrate commitment
• Proficiency with all Microsoft office software
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Ability to travel extensively
Remuneration:
An attractive package of remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate based on industry knowledge, experience and qualifications which includes provident fund, travelling allowance, 21 annual days off, 3 days sick leave paid, yearly salary increases, commission on sales and bonuses based on performance.
