A wonderful role has arisen for a seasoned admin accounts professional to join an established company in medical retail products with a small team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be a fluent Greek and English speaker with accounting experience, able to work efficiently independently.
Job Description
- Electronic and hard copy entries and filing of any kind of accounting, corporate and banking documents
- Posting of accounting entries in accounting software
- VAT reconciliations
- Assessing agreements for any tax or VAT implications
- Completion of tax and VAT forms
- Bank reconciliations
- Communicate with clients either by telephone or e-mails
- Liaise with the audit/banking departments
- Liaise with government authorities
- Assist in preparation of tenders/offers and e-procurement
- Undertake general administration and organisation duties in the office
- Content management in company’s web site and social/business media
Your Profile
- Ideally educated to college degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Minimum LCCI Higher or CAT diploma in accounting
- 3+ year of relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is essential
- Experience in e-Soft software will be considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Greek & English
- Experience in data entry and file maintenance
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formula, v-look up, tables, etc)
- Computer Literate
- Organized, Diligent, and able to pay attention to Detail
- Clean and professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work under Pressure and tight Deadlines
- Team Player Individual with Strong Work Ethics
