Executive Housekeeper – Blue Orange

Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit an Executive Housekeeper to join a highly active and passionate team.

Location: Pafos

Duties and responsibilities:
• Work with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all projects
• Supervising the daily cleaning of assigned tasks in Communal Areas and Private units
• Follow /lead the schedule of Tasks to be completed on a daily basis according to the Monthly program
• Continuously seek and make improvements to the overall housekeeping
• Assist with inventory controls, supplies and keys
• Inspect completed work
• Training and developing of housekeeping staff
• Perform administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks

Necessary requirements:
• Prior Supervisory experience in similar position
• Strong Supervisory skills, ability to designate responsibilities
• Attention to detail and skilled organization
• Excellent Computer skills
• Ability to work effectively with all personality types
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Valid Driving license
