Job Description
A well-established, chic Dental practice in central Nicosia has a wonderful opening for a skilled administrator able to work at reception.
This key person will hold front of house duties, interacting and engaging with clients both by phone, email and in person as they come to their appointments.
The successful candidate will be friendly, calming and able to multi task in a busy office environment with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
Job Description
- Providing basic information by phone, email or in person to patients
- Using existing templates – generate patient reports in Greek and/or English
- Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing patients appropriately
- Entering and scheduling patient appointments
- Any other admin related duties as necessary
- Ensuring the front desk and surrounding areas are presentable, clean and orderly
Your profile
- Previous experience in a dental practice will be considered an advantage but not essential
- Minimum 2+ years in an admin role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent knowledge of the English language; native Greek
- Computer literate able/willing to be trained on internal platform
- Client centred, able to focus on client needs while they wait for appointments
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also use one’s own initiative
- Strong regard for confidentiality
