Job Overview

Our client, a Translation Services Company, is looking to hire a Translation project Manager for their office in Limassol. In this role you will manage multiple translation and localization projects in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Translation Project Manager Team Lead/Director of Operations.

Managing multiple translation and localization projects in a fast-paced environment
Creation, monitoring and updating project-related quotes
Project resource management
Management of allocated teams in terms of project-related matters
File handling – receive, distribute and deliver files (between internal and external resources and clients)
Monitoring and controlling projects status
Delivering projects within agreed budget and timelines
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with external translators, revisers, and reviewers
Negotiating and managing project finances
Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures

Fluent English language is a must
Bachelor’s Degree (localization, linguistics, or with equivalent experience)
At least 3 years’ experience in translation and localization project management
Deep knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ, Trados, SDL, WordBee, WordFast, XTM)
Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Good command of English language
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
Independence in carrying out assigned task
Experience in related areas in project management is a plus

The working hours are 9am – 6pm
