Job Overview

Our client, a smart-payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a motivated Technical Product Manager to join their team in Limassol.

The client is looking for a Product Manager with a technical background.
He or she will work in a vibrant and dynamic company that continuously evolves. The TPM will be able to provide product vision, roadmap and bring the product to life.
The TPM will work in the Operations team and have interfaces to both the business stakeholders and the development team.
They will understand the Company’s technology at a deep level and will have the acumen to interact with different stakeholders from various teams to lead the strategy for the product. They will act as the glue between the business side and technical side of the Company.

This candidate is not expected to code or do overly technical work but will need to manage complex projects including definition and execution of acceptance testing and be able to communicate and bridge the gaps between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What will the job responsibilities look like?
Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
Work within a software development methodology like Agile
Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and engineering teams
Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned to larger strategic objectives.
Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
Assess and address technical risks.
Use database queries / BI tools to analyse performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Required experience:
3+ Years of experience with a technical role such as developer, technical product manager, developer advocate or similar experience.
Experience in Product Management and Team leadership.
Industry experience in on-line Payment services.
Established experience assisting/managing projects/programs through effective communication, collaboration, shared goals, and trust.
Demonstrated strengths in communications, risk management, conflict resolution skills working in a team environment and mentoring team members.
Cultural understanding and ability to work with offshore development team in the UA and eastern Europe.
English as spoken & written language at good level mandatory.
Russian at a good level is a plus.

Benefits:
3000-4000 Gross a Month +13th Salary
