Our client is a company in Larnaca specializing in developing and delivering online gaming solutions for the African market, and looking for a Sport CRM Executive who will be responsible for executing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Sports product. The role will be responsible for helping to grow the CRM programme across multiple markets, across all stages of the customer lifecycle. It will also involve collaborating cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
Meeting customer requirements across the Sports CRM product
Measuring, reporting and optimizing all CRM activities within the Sports product
Create and manage both the event/sport focused and lifecycle CRM calendars
Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
Implement personalization strategies based on a data driven approach
Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team
Liaising with other key stakeholders
Fluent in English, French in mother tongue level
Passion and extensive knowledge of sports and betting
Strong numerical skills
Experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention
Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately
Previous experience working in the Sports Betting industry is an advantage
The working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 19:00 p.m.
