Job Description

BridgerPay is a payment operations platform that allows businesses to connect any payment provider to a dynamic checkout that can be customized to every customer. BridgerPay works with any website, on any platform, and is a solution for businesses of every size. Our mission is to eliminate the headaches related to online payments, allowing businesses to focus on what they do, increase revenue, and shrink costs.

Our marketing team is expanding and we are currently looking for a talented social media specialist to create an online community and grow our social media presence across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build social media strategy and calendar for all channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds the BridgerPay brand and meaningful connections with potential and existing candidates and partners
  • Manage and grow online communities to engage candidates, participants, and strategic partners
  • Analyze social media engagement metrics on a weekly basis and optimize the strategy accordingly
  • Work closely and collaboratively across marketing, PR and content teams to brainstorm and continuously innovate
  • Work with the team to cultivate a positive, creative, and collaborative culture

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Social media expert with a strategic understanding of LinkedIn
  • Experience in building a successful online community
  • Outstanding organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • The ability to optimize campaigns based on results
  • Ability to take initiatives from ideas to actions quickly
  • Out-of-the-box thinker
  • You are not afraid to work under pressure and with tight deadline

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field is a plus (social media, creative writing, marketing, journalism, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment is a plus
