Job Description
Our client, an Automotive Company, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to be part of their team in Nicosia, who will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
- Recording sales and inventory on our CRM software
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets
- Assisting with the set-up of showroom and promotional displays
Requirements, Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Experience in the automotive industry will be considered as a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks
- Strong business awareness
- Friendly manner, positive attitude, professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
