Job Description

Our client is a well – established, CySEC regulated investment firm with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking to add to their team an RTO officer with previous experience in a similar role and the CySEC advance Certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Brokerage Department;
  • Ensure that the relevant procedures are in place and adhered at all times;
  • Monitor the operation of Forex platforms with regarding reception, transmission and execution of client orders;
  • Apply Company’s ‘Best Order Execution Policy’;
  • Deliver Best Execution and Best Interests to the clients;
  • Monitor clients trading activity, exposure and investigate suspicious transactions;
  • Prepare reports requested from the Management and Head of Compliance;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;
  • Perform P&L and Brokerage Income calculations;
  • Assist the Risk Management Department;
  • Keep up to date with the global financial markets;
  • Monitor risk from open positions;
  • Monitoring price feeds for fair and best execution;
  • Liaise with the bridge and ensure of the smooth trading environment;
  • Communicate with the Liquidity Providers to prevent possible stop-outs, slippages etc;
  • Perform selection and monitoring of Liquidity Providers, Platforms and Bridges.
  • Monitor EMIR and MiFIR reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a similar field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Holder of CySEC Advance Certification
