Our client, a fast-growing real estate company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Payroll & Payments Officer.
Manage of payroll Group companies providing accurate and high-quality payroll services at all times
Execute both weekly and monthly payroll
Ensure the seamless, effective and accurate delivery of the payroll function
Handle queries relating to expenses, overtime, general payroll etc
Validating data entries across all systems to ensure accurate and efficient information
Execution of various payments according to Group’s processes
Daily communication with banks and other financial institutions.
Ensures all payments are actioned correctly and efficiently
University or college degree in accounting, finance, economics or a minimum of 3 years of comparative experience in similar role
Experience with Payroll Software (Logisoft Payroll preferable)
Excellent knowledge of at least one accounting software (SAP preferable)
Knowledge of Labour Law in Cyprus and work with documentation required for employees in Tax Department, Social Insurance office and International Administration
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and generally computer literate
Good knowledge of Greek and English languages, Russian will be considered as an advantage
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Great attention to detail
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00
The company is offering a salary based on skills and experience plus 13th salary
