Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Marketing Operations team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Prepare and distribute client newsletters
- Manage all translations for the company’s website and newsletters, including coordinating with translators and other departments
- Liaise with different departments on all website and content updates
- Assist with the production of marketing materials for events, exhibitions and campaigns
- Perform competition analysis, creating reports, and keep up with latest industry trends and marketing activities
- Perform project management for marketing campaigns and activities
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the marketing team as and when necessary
Main requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Marketing or any other relevant degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
- Knowledge of email marketing systems will be considered an advantage
- Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress), and HTML, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and efficient, with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management and organization skills
