Job Overview

Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be supervising a team of 10 people of the group in Poland and Cyprus and you are also part of it so it will not be a management role only. You will be building the marketing department for the forex part of the company in Limassol. So, you will have the potential to grow to the Head of Marketing in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Manage website performance by evaluating client experience and provide continuous improvement with a focus on increasing conversion rates
Drive online sales growth through PPC, SEO, retargeting, display, email, and social media marketing channels
Direct and manage the daily workflow of all web marketing campaigns
Create an online attendee acquisition plan and promotion includes content marketing roadmap and implementation
Develop and deliver all marketing and social media deliverables to roll out content marketing roadmap
Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth
Work on the integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief, and working on executing and measuring performance
Ideate, test, iterate and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations growth channels
Constantly work on new channels, creatives, and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth
Report on the effectiveness of campaigns
Reach ambitious growth KPIs

Requirements:
Proven track record of building multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver growth
At least 4 years demonstrable experience in Forex marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
No management experience is needed
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Fluent in the English language – additional languages will be considered an advantage
You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact

The working hours are 09:00 -17:00 Monday – Friday
