Our client, a Boutique Regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to recruit a motivated Junior Recruiter / HR Officer.
The main responsibility for this role (90%) will be posting job descriptions on different sources and organizing first interviews. 10% office management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the company into the HR Manager as the company grows.
Candidates with an HR Diploma/Education and no work experience will gladly be considered and enable them to start their careers
Duties and responsibilities:
Posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
Assist hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly
Ultimately, the person will help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles
Office manager responsibility (10% of time)
Salary, benefits and working hours:
Salary up to 1200 EUR NET, based on experience
Working hours: standard 8 working hours and 1 hour for lunch, starting from 8:30am
Starting date: asap
Medical cover: after 6 months
