Our client is a company providing FX trading to clients around the world. They have a dynamic team that is currently growing. They are looking for a Italian speaker for the role of the Account Manager. The successful candidate will be Native or Fluent in Italian and will ideally have experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities
- The candidate will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
- Assist client’s with queries
- Reach monthly sales targets
- Provide guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system
- Developing a sound understanding of trading market conditions daily
Requirements
- Native/Fluent in Italian
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and reaching personal sales targets
- Ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of English language
- High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
