Job Description

On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an IT Support Administrator to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installs, configure, maintains, and supports computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests from internal customers
  • Provides technical support across the company (face to face, over the phone, video conference)
  • Sets up accounts and equipment for new users
  • Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary
  • Maintains, configures, and troubleshoots the telephony
  • Works closely with vendors
  • Works in odd/late hours and weekends

Main Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 apps Frontend and Backend
  • IT Administration (Inventory, working with vendors, IT equipment lifecycle)
  • PC Technician – Physical, Windows, Patches, Configuration, Troubleshoot, Support)
  • Network (Cabling – must, switches & routers config – advantage, WiFi – must)
  • Printers (Technician, maintenance, Vendors)
  • AD/AAD Maintenance (Users, Groups, Intune basics)
  • Works efficiently under pressure and strict deadline
  • Excellent ‘Team Player’, self-motivated, multitasking

Any knowledge of the below will be considered an advantage:

  • Office365 (support office applications, including macros, formulas, configuration)
  • Application support (Financial, Accounting, Operation) 
  • Information security systems (Maintenance, Patch, Monitor)
